XQ: The Super School Project uses design thinking to reinvent high schools in the communities they live and serve. XQ hosted a contest and awarded $10 millon to each winning school to realize their innovative ideas. Our team developed various items for Builder Week from strategy consultation, storytelling pieces, capacity building, and art installations celebrating the ten winning schools. We were on-site for the week in Washington DC developing and creating the event experience culminating in the televised Big Reveal.
