When I stepped into my role as the sole brand leader at Nuna my goals were to elevate the brand and strengthen how teams worked together. 1) On projects I invited other teams into the process early to collaborate. 2) During the brand refresh, I developed the workshop interviews and hands-on brand discovery exercises. 3) I created a brand guide mini-course to help teams connect with the brand and use it with confidence. 4) As the work took shape, I looked for ways to bring warmth and delight into the brand. 5) I focused on building chemistry on our Design team by introducing small rituals and being a general advocate for the Design team to Nuna as a whole.
